When you use the generator, we process the offer text and the platform or aspect-ratio choices you type in, standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamp) handled transiently for security and abuse prevention, a verification signal from a bot-protection provider confirming the request came from a person rather than a script, and aggregate, cookie-free analytics events, described further below.

What's collected is used for exactly three purposes: to generate the ad copy and creative you asked for, to run the bot-protection check that keeps the free generator from being drained by automated scripts, and to understand aggregate site usage — never to build a profile of any individual visitor.

Every generation is checked by a privacy-preserving bot-protection provider before either generation stage runs, confirming the request came from a person rather than an automated script. This check does not use tracking cookies to build a profile of you, and is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not ours.

This site uses a cookie-free analytics provider that reports aggregate numbers — page views, generation counts, click events — without building a cross-site profile of individual visitors or setting tracking cookies.

There is no account system, no login, and no payment on this site, so there is no password, billing detail, or saved history for us to protect or lose. We do not sell or share your offer text with data brokers or advertisers.

Generating an ad calls a third-party AI inference provider for the copy stage and a separate rendering provider for the creative stage, and the site itself is served through a content-delivery provider. Your typed offer is sent to these providers only to produce your result, under their own respective terms.

Your offer text and the copy or creative it produces are not persisted beyond the session in which you generated them. Server logs used for security and abuse prevention are kept only briefly and rotate on a short schedule.

This site is intended for business and marketing use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will change with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
