By using the Digital Market AI website or its free ad generator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Digital Market AI generates ad copy and a rendered creative from a short offer description you provide. It is a free, two-stage tool with no account, no login, and no payment step.

You agree not to submit prompts describing anything unlawful, hateful, or intended to deceive or defraud; not to attempt to bypass the site's bot-protection check or automate high-volume requests against the generator; not to use the generator to impersonate a real person or a brand you don't have the rights to represent; and not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the underlying generation service.

You own the rights to the headline, primary text, and creative generated from your own input, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and to any third-party trademarks you choose to reference in your own offer text.

The generator on this site requires no account and no payment. Nothing here creates a subscription, and no card details are ever collected by this tool.

A separate, independently operated product called the Full Studio does involve an account and payment for anyone who chooses to use it, and is covered by its own terms, not these.

Generated copy and creative are provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, originality, or compliance with any specific ad platform's review policy. Review and edit every output before you publish it anywhere.

This is a free tool that depends on third-party AI inference and rendering providers. It may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Links to the Full Studio product point to a separate, independently operated service with its own terms of service, which apply once you leave this site.

Digital Market AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn. Platform names on this site are used only to describe the ad formats the generator supports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Market AI is provided without warranties of any kind and is not liable for any losses arising from your use of generated output, including any advertising spend based on it.

If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page will change with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
